These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Snowpex App (the “App”) provided by Snowpex (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or connected networks;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or access to it.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• The App may offer paid subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Snowpex and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowpex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services provided by Apple and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Snowpex operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
